The square bottom bag can not only be made into aluminum foil bag, but also transparent bag and custom packaging, it is generally used as an inner bag. In order to better fit the outer box or other forms of external packaging, we make its bottom like a box-like square bottom. When using it, we first unfold the bag and lay it flat in the middle of the outer box. And then load the food or medicine that needs to be stored, and finally seal the bag and carton. In this way, the packaged product will not be shaken in the carton, preventing product leakage and bag damage.

If used as an outer bag, this square bottom bag can stand up after the product is filled, so it looks more beautiful and has a better display effect.

Packaging Details:

1. packed in suitable cartons according to the size of the products or client’s requirement
2. To prevent the dust, we will use PE film to cover the products in carton
3. put on 1 (W) X 1.2m(L) pallet. the total height would be under 1.8m if LCL. And it would be around 1.1m if FCL.
4. Then wrapping film to fix it
