How to use: Remove the bag, tear open the label, unfold the bag, place the food in the bag and fix the opening with a cable tie, put it in the oven or microwave or stew pot for food cooking. After the food is cooked, open the bag to remove the food. Be careful of the hot air scald, you can poke a few holes in the bag to exhaust, and then untie the cable tie and take out the food into the tray.
