1/ Load product
According to the size of the bag, put the right amount of product into the bag, fill 80% of the bag, the bag is more beautiful
2/ Ready to seal
Align the position above the tearing opening of the bag with the heating position of the heat sealing machine, and place it flat .
3/ start sealing
Adjust the heat sealing time, temperature and pressure according to the thickness of the bag.
4/ sealing completed
After sealing, make sure the bag will not open during transportation

Packaging Details:
- packed in suitable cartons according to the size of the products or client’s requirement
- To prevent the dust, we will use PE film to cover the products in carton
- put on 1 (W) X 1.2m(L) pallet. the total height would be under 1.8m if LCL. And it would be around 1.1m if FCL.
- Then wrapping film to fix it
- Using packing belt to fix it better.
